Fred Marcusa Speaks at Argyle Conference “2012 Leadership in Corporate Divestitures and Acquisitions,” Participates in Interview

Fred Marcusa, a senior partner in Kaye Scholer's Corporate Department, spoke at Argyle Executive Forum’s annual meeting on Leadership in Corporate Divestitures and Acquisition in New York on January 26, 2012. Mr. Marcusa gave a “Thought Leadership Spotlight” speech about unconventional approaches to M&A transactions and participated in a panel discussion on “Successfully Structuring a Corporate Development Group.” The panel discussed strategy and M&A functions, best practices in dividing focus and workloads, encouraging acceptance of new modeling techniques and compensation.
