Kaye Scholer Ranks Third in Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities

Commercial Mortgage Alert’s year-end 2011 league tables rank Kaye Scholer third in the nation for advising on Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities (CMBS), in both the “Top Issuer” and “Top Underwriter” Counsel categories. In terms of deal number and value as underwriter counsel, the Firm more than doubled its numbers from last year. The deals recognized were lead by securitization partners William J. “Butch” Cullen and Janet A. Barbiere.
