Early Risk Assessments for Mass Torts: Take our Survey!

Kaye Scholer’s Products Liability Practice is conducting a survey of in-house counsel to better understand how familiar corporations are with conducting Early Risk Assessments and to determine what, if any, benefits corporations have realized from performing such assessments. The survey is multiple choice and will take no more than five minutes to complete.
All data collected will remain anonymous and the results will be presented at an upcoming panel discussion at the Fall 2012 ABA Section on Litigation Products Liability and Mass Torts Committees by Lori Leskin, co-head of Kaye Scholer’s Products Liability practice and co-chair of the ABA Section on Litigation Products Liability Committee.
