We routinely counsel clients on joint ventures,
manufacturer-distributor relationships, licensing terms, and many other
activities. Our group includes attorneys who regularly lecture on these
and other subjects at the Antitrust Section of the American Bar
Association and the Practising Law Institute, and publish articles in
noted academic journals and antitrust treatises. Our members also have
served as professor and adjunct professors at leading law schools.
