Seth Kleinman is an Associate in Kaye Scholer's Bankruptcy & Restructuring Department. His practice encompasses all areas of corporate restructuring, bankruptcy and insolvency-related matters. Mr. Kleinman regularly assists corporate debtors, creditors, investors, financial counterparties and other interested parties in bankruptcy-related transactions and out-of-court workouts. Mr. Kleinman also represents purchasers of distressed assets under Section 363 of the Bankruptcy Code, as well as landlords, suppliers and other unsecured creditors in a variety of transactional and litigation-related aspects of the debtor-creditor relationship.

Tyler Nurnberg is a partner in Kaye Scholer’s Bankruptcy & Restructuring Group and Managing Partner of the firm’s Chicago office. He is licensed in Illinois and New York. His practice consists of representing clients in bankruptcies, out-of-court restructurings and distressed M&A throughout the United States. He has helped public and privately-held companies prepare and implement complex restructuring strategies, including through prepackaged or pre-negotiated chapter 11 cases and “cross border” cases in foreign jurisdictions. He advises private equity funds dealing with distressed portfolio companies. He represents agents, lenders, hedge funds and other financial institutions in connection with troubled borrowers. He also represents both strategic and financial investors looking to acquire distressed businesses or assets.
