Neal Hampton (03/28/14)
Neal Hampton is an Associate in the Bankruptcy and Restructuring Department in the New York office of Kaye Scholer. Mr. Hampton has represented secured and unsecured creditors in Chapter 11 reorganization and liquidation cases in various industries, including institutional pharmacies, entertainment, heavy equipment rental, and commercial real estate. He has experience in confirming plans of reorganization or liquidation, negotiating, documenting and consummating asset sales in bankruptcy cases, evaluating complex fraud claims and lender liability claims, and defending preference claims. Mr. Hampton also has experience in Chapter 15 proceedings and in a variety of contract, licensing and other business litigation matters.

Sheryl Gittlitz (03/28/14)
Sheryl Gittlitz is a Partner in the Finance Department, based in the firm’s New York office. Her practice focuses on banking and finance matters. Ms. Gittlitz represents private equity sponsors, companies and financial institutions in the structuring, negotiation and documentation of a broad range of commercial lending transactions, handling matters involving asset-based loans, working capital facilities and acquisition financing. She is also well-versed in debtor-in-possession financings, Chapter 11 exit financings, recapitalizations, restructurings and workouts. In the structured finance area, Ms. Gittlitz has experience with different types of receivables purchase transactions, including trade receivables and healthcare receivables.

Albert M. Fenster is Special Counsel in the Finance Department of Kaye Scholer LLP. His practice is concentrated in the representation of banks, other asset-based lenders and finance companies. He regularly represents clients in the areas of leveraged acquisitions, syndicated loans, secured transactions and creditors' rights.
Mr. Fenster served as Executive Vice President of TLC Beatrice International in 1993–1994. Mr. Fenster has lectured and written on asset-based lending subjects.
