Claudia Higgins joined Kaye Scholer following over two decades of distinguished service as an antitrust litigator with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). An antitrust partner in the firm’s Complex Commercial Litigation department, Claudia represents Fortune 500 companies in significant antitrust matters, particularly high-profile mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures, as well as in private antitrust litigation and civil investigations by the FTC, the US Department of Justice (DOJ), and numerous international regulatory agencies. Her experience in antitrust matters spans a widely diverse set of industries, including consumer goods, defense and aerospace, natural resources, technology and health care.

Dr. Sebastian Jungermann is a partner in Kaye Scholer’s Frankfurt office and heads the German Competition and Antitrust Practice. Sebastian advises clients regarding German and European competition and antitrust laws, including German, EU and multi-jurisdictional merger control proceedings, cartel proceedings, abuse-of-dominance proceedings, litigation, compliance programs, as well as internal audits and contractual advice. Sebastian represents his clients before courts, the German Federal Cartel Office, the European Commission as well as the US Department of Justice. Sebastian further advises in the fields of corporate law, IP, data protection, outsourcing and other technology-related areas. In addition, Sebastian is involved in international litigation, including pre-trial discovery proceedings in support of US litigation.

Mark Kingsley is a Partner in Kaye Scholer’s Corporate Department. He represents clients in a variety of business transactions, with a particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and other public and private equity and debt investments on behalf of private equity funds, financial institutions and other investors. As part of his M&A practice, Mark has represented buyers and sellers of both healthy and financially distressed businesses. His clients invest in a broad range of industries, including real estate and aerospace.

Diane Frankle represents publicly traded and privately held companies engaged in a wide variety of US and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, change of control transactions, related party transactions, strategic alliances and joint ventures. She regularly advises boards of directors and board committees on fiduciary duties, corporate governance and disclosure issues, crisis management and internal investigations. Diane also represents public companies and management on executive compensation issues. In addition, she represents companies in public and private offerings of equity.
