Pamela Yates is an undefeated life sciences and product liability trial lawyer who is consistently named one of California’s “Top Women Litigators” and internationally recognized as a “Life Science Star.” Pam is one of a very select group of female product liability litigators in the US who has tried cases in multiple state and federal court venues involving pharmaceuticals and medical devices. Pam has extensive experience in MDL and class action work, and for many years has acted as national coordinating counsel in various mass tort cases. In that role, she has been responsible for all aspects of litigation, including trial, trial preparation and strategy, science and overall Daubert strategy, and settlement, together with management and coordination of regional and local counsel.

Larissa A. Eustice is a Senior Associate in the firm’s Product Liability and Complex Commercial Litigation Groups, and an experienced litigator who represents and advises clients in all phases of mass tort, product liability and commercial litigations and investigations. Larissa was recently recognized as a “Rising Star” in Products Liability Defense by Super Lawyers 2013. Larissa is also instrumental in the Firm’s Pro Bono program and was the sole recipient of the New York State Bar Association 21st Annual President’s Pro Bono Service Award for Outstanding Service to Low-Income Individuals for the Second Judicial District.

Boston is a commercial litigator and key member of Kaye Scholer’s Product Liability Group, which was named Product Liability Firm of the Year at the 2008 Chambers and Partners “USA Awards for Excellence” ceremony; has ranked in the top tier for Product Liability Litigation by Chambers USA since 2007; has ranked in the top tier for Pharmaceutical Product Liability and Mass Tort Defense by Legal 500 since 2007; and was chosen by The American Lawyer as the 2006 Product Liability Department of the Year. Sheila has received individual recognition from International Who’s Who of Product Liability Defense Lawyers in 2012 and 2013, and Who’s Who Legal 2013 for product liability defense.
