Petra is a member of Kaye Scholer’s Finance Department in Frankfurt. She represents banks, financial institutions, institutional and other investors as well as sponsors and borrowers on the origination, syndication and restructuring of domestic German and cross-border acquisition, project and real estate finance transactions. Petra also has extensive experience in structuring and restructuring complex financing structures. Her practice includes the representation of lenders, borrowers, debt and equity investors in distressed situations.

Sandra Pfister is a Partner and a German-qualified corporate finance lawyer in Kaye Scholer’s Finance group. Sandra has extensive experience advising both banks and borrowers on a wide variety of corporate and structured finance transactions, including acquisition finance (both public bids and leveraged acquisitions), syndicated and bilateral lending, project finance, trade finance (including ECA covered deals), real estate finance, debt restructurings and Schuldschein loans (loan notes), as well as other general banking matters, both cross-border and in Germany. Additionally, her experience includes equity capital/PE financings as well as international debt and equity capital markets transactions such as corporate bond offerings (including high yields, LYONs, convertible and exchangeable bonds), IPOs, dual listings (including on NASDAQ), rights offerings and mandatory bids.

Henry Morriello is Chair of the Finance Department and Head of the Structured Finance Practice. Henry represents clients in US and international term securitization and commercial paper conduits involving residential and commercial mortgage loans, corporate loans, equipment leases, student loans, aircraft loans and leases, auto paper, trade receivables, home equity loans, intellectual property royalties and esoteric assets. He has represented global financial institutions in groundbreaking governmental financial assistance transactions, troubled financial asset portfolio sales and liquidations. He has been active in representing investment funds and financial institutions in the purchase and financing of financial assets. He also has extensive experience in advising financial institutions in regulatory matters and derivatives transactions.
