Aleksander (Sasha) Ablovatskiy is an Associate in the Corporate Department of the New York office of Kaye Scholer LLP.
Mr. Ablovatskiy began his legal career in 2004 as an attorney working on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and corporate finance transactions for a range of domestic and international corporations and financial institutions. His corporate clients have included both private and publicly-traded companies, and he has advised public companies on a variety of securities offerings, general corporate matters and securities laws compliance.
