Paul Barkes is Counsel in the Los Angeles office of Kaye Scholer’s Finance Department, concentrating in commercial law and finance.
全部显示Mr. Barkes represents agents, lenders and borrowers in secured and unsecured finance transactions, including syndicated senior credit facilities, mezzanine financings, acquisition financings, real estate financings, and letter of credit facilities. Mr. Barkes’ practice includes documenting and closing finance transactions, as well as workouts, restructurings and enforcement. Mr. Barkes’ experience includes professional sports league and team, retail, manufacturing, distribution, and automobile, marine and RV dealerships finance transactions.
Mr. Barkes also has a broad U.S. and international aircraft leasing and financing practice and has advised aircraft lessors, lenders and borrowers in commercial aircraft lease and debt financing transactions throughout the world, including operating leases, sales, acquisitions, mortgage financings, cross-border leases, acquisition financings and securitizations. In addition, he has experience in the acquisition, sale and financing of business jet aircraft and fractional interest ownership programs.
