Tricia M. Beckles concentrates her practice on complex commercial litigation and employment matters. Ms. Beckles has experience drafting pleadings, agreements and policies including briefs, complaints, answers, interrogatories, document requests, declarations, separation agreements, non-compete agreements, confidentiality agreements, film releases and employment policies. Ms. Beckles has counseled clients on a variety of employment matters including harassment allegations, reductions in force, disciplinary matters, company policies and employee handbooks. Additionally, she has conducted extensive legal and factual research on a broad range of matters including class actions, contract disputes, consumer and common law fraud, right of publicity, fair use, workplace privacy, and retaliation.

In her pro bono practice, Ms. Beckles has assisted documentary filmmakers in asserting fair use rights in their release of an independent film and assisted nonprofit organizations with various employment matters.

Ms. Beckles graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. While at Penn, she served as a Comments Editor for the Journal of Business and Employment Law and earned a Certificate in Business and Public Policy from the Wharton School of Business. Ms. Beckles earned her bachelor's degree from Columbia University.
