Jennifer Chung has experience in a wide range of litigation matters, including intellectual property and antitrust matters related to patents, trade secrets, and copyrights and trademarks and regularly contributes to the case management of ongoing litigations and investigations. While Jennifer currently focuses her practice on pharmaceutical patent litigations, including Hatch-Waxman and ANDA-related litigations, she has represented and counseled a diverse group of clients in intellectual property actions concerning consumer products and computer software. She also participated in a high-level trade secrets litigation relating to CERN’s Large Hadron Collider. Additionally, she has assisted in reviewing federal and state regulatory filings to the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Patent and Trademark Office (PTO) and Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and counseled clients on settlement options and participated in court-mediated settlement discussions.

Gorenstein, U.S. District Court, Magistrate Judge, in the Southern District of New York, and was an Assistant District Attorney in the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office, where she successfully argued numerous cases before the state appellate courts, including the New York State Court of Appeals.
