Amanda C. Croushore is an Associate in the Complex Commercial Litigation Department of the New York office of Kaye Scholer. Ms. Croushore’s practice focuses primarily on antitrust matters. She was recently recognized as a “Rising Star” in antitrust by Super Lawyers. Her experience includes assisting in the representation of one of the nation’s largest freight railroad companies in an ongoing multidistrict class action litigation involving price-fixing allegations. She also assisted in the representation of a client in a Department of Justice antitrust investigation.
全部显示In addition, Ms. Croushore has gained experience in a variety of contract, real estate and other business litigation matters, as well as several pro bono cases. She served on the litigation team that obtained early dismissal of fraud and breach of contract allegations against AstraZeneca AB and successfully represented a 36-year-old woman who sought political asylum in the United States after suffering persecution in her home country, the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
Ms. Croushore also serves on the Pro Bono Committee at Kaye Scholer.
Ms. Croushore received a B.A. in French and Political Science from Vassar College. Before law school, she worked in France as a Fulbright teaching assistant. She received her J.D. cum laude from the University of Wisconsin Law School, where she was Associate Managing Editor of the Wisconsin International Law Journal. While in law school, she also worked as an extern to Justice N. Patrick Crooks of the Wisconsin Supreme Court. She is a member of the bars of New York and Wisconsin.
