John Csuka is an associate in the firm’s Corporate practice group. Mr. Csuka has experience in corporate acquisitions and divestitures; private equity and debt transactions; sale and leasing transactions; real estate transactions; project finance transactions; bank credit facilities; equipment and aircraft acquisition, sale and leasing transactions; not-for-profit entity mergers and consolidation transactions; and not-for-profit regulatory and tax matters. Mr. Csuka is also active in pro bono matters.
