Peter Danias is Counsel in the New York office of Kaye Scholer LLP and is in charge of the firm's Hart-Scott-Rodino and state security law practices. In addition, he has represented various clients before the New York and American Stock Exchanges and the various NASDAQ Stock Markets, and has also worked on a variety of both public and private financings.
全部显示Mr. Danias has significant experience in representing both foreign and domestic clients before the Premerger Office of the Federal Trade Commission and has obtained a significant number of governmental approvals on behalf of clients.
Mr. Danias is also an active participant in the American Bar Association's Committee on State Regulation of Securities. As Co-Chairman of the Subcommittee on Employee Plan and Other Exempt Securities, Mr. Danias currently lobbies the various state security commissions to adopt security exemptions in line with exemptions found in the Uniform Securities Act.
