Kaye Scholer

Lowell Dashefsky is a Partner in the Corporate Department of the New York office of Kaye Scholer LLP. Mr. Dashefsky's practice focuses on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, joint ventures, strategic alliances and complex intellectual property licensing arrangements. He also has experience in public and private securities offerings and regularly advises companies on day-to-day corporate and transactional matters. Mr. Dashefsky represents a variety of domestic and foreign companies, including private equity funds and publicly held and private companies in various industries.
