Albert M. Fenster is Special Counsel in the Finance Department of Kaye Scholer LLP. His practice is concentrated in
the representation of banks, other asset-based lenders and finance
companies. He regularly represents clients in the areas of leveraged
acquisitions, syndicated loans, secured transactions and creditors'
rights.
Mr. Fenster served as Executive Vice President of TLC Beatrice International in 1993–1994. Mr. Fenster has lectured and written on asset-based lending subjects.
