Joanna R. Gangel’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation. Since joining Kaye Scholer, Ms. Gangel has represented financial institutions and corporations in a broad array of commercial and corporate litigation including claims relating to breaches of contract, lender liability, fraudulent conveyances and corporate governance.
全部显示Ms. Gangel graduated from University of Michigan (B.A., summa cum laude, B.F.A., magna cum laude, 2005) and Fordham University School of Law (J.D., 2008). While in law school, Ms. Gangel was the Kaufman Editor for the Moot Court Editorial Board, for which she was responsible for organizing Fordham’s annual Irving R. Kaufman Securities Law Moot Court Competition. She was also a member of the Fordham Urban Law Journal and a Teaching Assistant for the Fordham Legal Writing Program.
Ms. Gangel is a member of Kaye Scholer’s Recruiting Committee.
