Frank Geyer joined Kaye Scholer in 2010 as an Associate. His practice focuses on the areas of tax and corporate law. Previously, he practiced as a research associate with Kaye Scholer’s Frankfurt and New York offices since early 2007. He advises national and international companies and private clients on tax planning issues and corporate restructuring as well as mergers and acquisitions.
全部显示Frank is a Ph.D. student at the University of Bayreuth where he has already submitted his thesis dealing with corporate law, and inheritance and gift tax law.
He passed the Second Legal State Exam in 2009 with prior internships at international law firms in New York and Frankfurt.
