全部显示Ms. Ginzburg has substantial experience in all aspects of corporate and financial restructurings, insolvency matters, bankruptcy litigation, and debtor and creditors’ rights. She concentrates her practice on representing secured lenders, creditors’ committees, trustees, individual creditors and debtors in complex Chapter 11 and Chapter 15 proceedings and out-of-court restructurings. Ms. Ginzburg has been involved in matters that span numerous industries, including, but not limited to, energy, film, day-trading and retail. She has significant experience in confirming plans of reorganization or liquidation, negotiating, documenting and consummating asset sales in bankruptcy cases on behalf of both debtors and purchasers, evaluating complex fraud claims and lender liability claims, and prosecuting and defending preference and fraudulent transfer claims.
