Ms. Ginzburg has substantial experience in all aspects of complex commercial litigation, corporate and financial restructurings, insolvency matters, and debtor and creditors’ rights. Ms. Ginzburg concentrates her practice on representing secured and unsecured lenders, creditors’ committees, trustees, individual creditors and debtors in complex Chapter 11 and Chapter 15 proceedings and out-of-court restructurings. Among many other things, she has significant experience in confirming plans of reorganization or liquidation, negotiating, documenting and consummating asset sales in bankruptcy cases on behalf of both debtors and purchasers, investigating and evaluating complex fraud claims and lender liability claims, and prosecuting and defending preference and fraudulent transfer claims. Ms. Ginzburg has represented clients in complex discovery and e-discovery disputes, real-estate and commercial lease litigation as well as in tort and contract claims. She also has significant experience locating and tracing funds secreted by judgment debtors, recovering assets and judgment enforcement proceedings across numerous jurisdictions. She has been involved in matters that span numerous industries, including, but not limited to, day-trading, health care, film, energy, and retail.
