Stephen Gliatta serves as Co-Chair of Kaye Scholer’s Executive Committee and Co-Chair of the firm’s Real Estate Department. Mr. Gliatta’s practice is focused on the area of representing investment banks and other institutional lenders in the origination and securitization of first mortgage debt and mezzanine loans. In addition, Mr. Gliatta regularly represents opportunity funds in joint ventures with operating partners and in the acquisition and financing of real estate projects.
