Britta Jungermann is an associate in the Frankfurt office. Ms.
Jungermann's practice is focused on litigation and insolvency, as well
as mergers and acquisitions. She has a strong background in forensic
services, providing advice to entities that suffered substantial damage
caused by fraud, tort, negligence, mismanagement or breach of contract.
Ms. Jungermann also has experience in European and International Law of
Civil Procedure.
Prior to joining Kaye Scholer, Ms. Jungermann was with Haarmann Hemmelrath, where she practiced litigation and insolvency law.
