Sebastian Jungermann is a Partner in Kaye Scholer's Frankfurt office. Dr. Jungermann advises clients regarding German corporate law, German and European antitrust law, as well as intellectual property such as licensing, copyright, trademark, data protection, outsourcing and other civil law issues in e-commerce and other technology-related areas. In addition, he is involved in M&A and private equity transactions, as well as international litigation, focusing on antitrust and patent law with a special concentration on pre-trial discovery proceedings throughout several European countries in support of U.S. litigation.
全部显示In 2004, Dr. Jungermann worked at Kaye Scholer's New York office in their antitrust and corporate groups. Prior to joining Kaye Scholer, Dr. Jungermann worked at Linklaters in Frankfurt, where he advised in the areas of real estate, intellectual property and information technology law. He is a co-author of Frankfurter Kommentar Kartellrecht, a leading commentary on German and European antitrust law and has published several articles on information technology, antitrust, corporate, IP, and other related topics. Dr. Jungermann wrote his legal thesis on the use of electronic signatures as evidence in legal proceedings.
