Joel Katcoff has extensive experience in patent litigation and played major roles in several complex patent cases involving leading
pharmaceutical products, biotechnology, and fibers. He was
especially active in developing and presenting expert testimony in
various areas of technology, as well as economics, and writing complex
briefs.
