Kaye Scholer

Jordan Katzenberg is a member of the Real Estate Department at Kaye Scholer. He focuses on real estate capital markets transactions, including the representation of investment banks and other institutional lenders in the origination, securitization, restructuring, workout and foreclosure of first mortgage debt and mezzanine loans as well as representing such lenders in connection with participation, co-lender and intercreditor arrangements. He also has broad experience in other areas of commercial real estate, including the representation of clients in the acquisition and disposition of office buildings, hotels and other real estate projects.
