Ms. Keysor has experience in a variety of intellectual property litigation areas including patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret and false advertising. She also has both antitrust and appellate litigation experience.

She has experience in all aspects of discovery, including deposition practice, the management of electronic document production, briefing and arguments before the court. She also has experience in arbitration proceedings, particularly under the American Arbitration Association rules.
Ms. Keysor has worked with technologies including mechanical devices and processes, pharmaceuticals, medical devices and computer software, among others. She has litigated multiple cases arising from the medical device, pharmaceutical and automotive industries.
Ms. Keysor served as a judicial clerk for the Hon. Alan E. Norris on the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
