Mr. Kushner has extensive litigation trial and appellate experience, especially in complex commercial matters. With more than thirty years' experience, Mr. Kushner has handled virtually all types of civil, commercial matters, including such real estate-related disputes as mortgage foreclosures, title controversies, construction defect and delay claims, and landlord-tenant proceedings; such business-related disputes as breach-of-contract actions, franchise claims, enforcement of non-compete agreements, securities violations, theft of trade secrets, trademark infringement, and tortious interference claims; and such areas as bankruptcy, probate litigation, all manner of commercial fraud, lender liability and shareholder derivative claims.
全部显示Mr. Kushner has served as a reader and researcher for the Florida Board of Bar Examiners from July, 1983 to the present, and was previously the Chairman of the Florida Bar's Grievance Committee "G," in and for the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit. He was a member and Chairman of the Fourth Appellate District Judicial Nomination Commission, having been appointed to this post by former Florida Governor Lawton Chiles. Mr. Kushner is an author of the Florida Bar Continuing Legal Education Manual on Commercial Mortgage Foreclosures, and currently serves on the Board of Governors of the Nova Southeastern University School of Law.
