Stacey Lara is Counsel in the Litigation Department of Kaye Scholer’s New York office. Ms. Lara’s practice involves the representation of financial institutions and other market participants in connection with civil litigation, investigations, and enforcement actions arising out of U.S. and international securities, options, futures, derivatives, capital markets, and asset-backed transactions. She represents financial institutions, corporations and individuals in a broad array of commercial and corporate litigation involving claims relating to breach of contract, lender liability claims, fraudulent conveyance claims, corporate governance, acquisition and shareholder disputes, and major real estate loan defaults.
