Steven Lozner is an Associate in the Structured Finance Group and represents institutional investment banks and other financial institutions in connection with structuring, drafting and negotiating a broad range of complex structured finance transactions involving collateralized debt obligations, collateralized loan obligations, residential and commercial mortgage-backed securities, student loans, auto loans and leases, credit card receivables, asset repackagings and various other esoteric assets.
