Paul Margulies concentrates his practice on intellectual property and patent litigation matters relating to networking, microprocessors, telecommunications, and software. Mr. Margulies’ litigation experience includes preparing technical experts and fact witnesses to testify in depositions and at trial, drafting expert reports, discovery motions, and pre-trial motions, and developing claim construction and non-infringement arguments. He has also been involved in pharmaceutical patent cases, performed due diligence on patent portfolios, prosecuted patents relating to both hardware and software, and prepared opening statements and drafted direct examination for a commercial arbitration.
