Jeffrey Martin is an Associate in Kaye Scholer’s New York office. His practice focuses on intellectual property and complex commercial litigations. He has represented clients in patent litigations across a range of fields, including pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, aerospace, and agriculture. Jeffrey has worked closely with clients at all stages of litigation, and has considerable experience with discovery, depositions, brief writing, and trial preparation in both Federal Court proceedings and before the International Trade Commission.
