David Menchel is an Associate in the Corporate Department of the New York office of Kaye Scholer. He has a broad-based practice, advising public and private companies, including private equity firms and their portfolio companies, in connection with mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, co-investments, securities issuances and compliance, corporate governance/takeover defense, and other general corporate matters.
