Jeffrey Misher is an Associate in the Finance Department in the New York office of Kaye Scholer. Mr. Misher represents financial institutions, corporate borrowers and financial sponsors in the structuring, negotiation and documentation of commercial lending transactions, including leveraged acquisition financings, cash-flow and asset-based financings, subscription credit facilities, first- and second-lien debt financings, mezzanine financings, debtor-in-possession financings, Chapter 11 exit financings, restructurings, and work-outs. He also represents financial institutions in structured finance transactions, including trade receivables and equipment lease securitizations.
