Susan Moletto is an Associate in the Real Estate Department of the New York office of Kaye Scholer LLP. Ms. Moletto has represented lenders, insurance companies, pension funds and fund advisors, private equity and venture capital funds, and both private and public companies (including REITs) in connection with asset purchases and dispositions, development projects, commercial leasing, CMBS loan transactions, secured and mezzanine financings, and the formation of joint ventures, limited partnerships, limited liability companies and other equity sharing and participation arrangements.
