Kaye Scholer

Raul Moreno is an Associate in the Corporate Department of Kaye Scholer, where he focuses on corporate transactional work. Mr. Moreno has diverse transactional and corporate counseling experience, with an emphasis on representing private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in leveraged acquisitions, going-private transactions, mergers, recapitalizations, restructurings, divestitures, financings and securities offerings.
