Oscar Ramallo is an associate in Kaye Scholer's Los Angeles office, where his areas of practice include general business litigation, trademark litigation and product liability matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Ramallo served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Mary M. Schroeder, Chief Judge for the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. During his clerkship, he worked on various environmental cases, including matters involving the National Environmental Policy Act and the Endangered Species Act.
