Mr. Riordan is an Associate in the Private Clients Department of Kaye Scholer’s New York office. His practice is concentrated in the area of trusts and estates litigation in the New York Surrogate’s Court. He has broad litigation experience in both state and federal court, and he has handled a wide variety of matters. His experience includes all phases of litigation up to and including trial work.
