Heike Röder-Hitschke is an Associate in Kaye Scholer’s Intellectual Property Practice group in the Frankfurt Office. Her practice is focused on patent litigation and technology transfer. Additionally, she counsels and assists clients in trademark, design and unfair competition matters.
全部显示Prior to joining Kaye Scholer in 2010, Ms. Röder-Hitschke worked at law firms in Berlin and Dresden. She served as lecturer and research assistant at the Institute for Intellectual Property, Competition and Media Law (“IGEWeM”) at the Technische Universität Dresden.

- Advising and representing a manufacturer of air flow regulating devices in smoke control overpressure plants as to the protection of its invention by means of utility model protection in Germany, Poland and Austria.
- Advising a software development company regarding legal protection and defense of an invention in the field of hybrid drive concepts in airports.
- Advising an international R&D company for pharmaceuticals and medical devices with respect to patent license agreements.
- Representing a medium-sized retailer of electrical goods in numerous preliminary injunction proceedings and legal actions on the grounds of misleading and comparative advertising in terms of competition law.
- Representing a medium-sized retailer of electrical goods in legal action on the grounds of anti-competitive refusal of supply against a wholesaler for so-called white goods.
- Supporting and representing national and international companies in national, European and international trademark protection, prosecution, clearance, enforcement and litigation.
- Advising and representing a worldwide operating mining company in protection, prosecution and enforcement of trademarks and domain names.
- Advising a watch manufacturer on trademark and domain name matters for marketing purposes.
