Jeffrey Saltman is an accomplished trial and appellate lawyer with experience in complex intellectual property, antitrust and regulatory matters. He participated in a successful patent infringement defense trial involving electrical connectors in the Eastern District of Texas (Marshall Division). His experience also includes a multibillion-dollar antitrust and patent litigation involving a large pharmaceutical company, a merger of multinational aviation manufacturers, and a study of escalating energy costs in the state of Maryland.
全部显示As a result of these and other matters, Mr. Saltman has participated in litigation in federal and state courts in California, Delaware, the District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Missouri, New York, Texas and Virginia.
While in law school, Mr. Saltman interned for the Hon. James F. Merow of the United States Court of Federal Claims.
