Kaye Scholer

Michael Sapienza practices commercial real estate law at Kaye Scholer. He focuses on representing institutional lenders providing construction and permanent loans for residential properties, hotels, office buildings, shopping centers and mixed-use developments throughout the United States. He regularly handles workouts, co-lender and participation arrangements, loan sales and other aspects of financing transactions.
