Debra Schaumberger is Counsel in the Finance Department in the New York office of Kaye Scholer LLP. She has represented U.S. and international banks, finance companies and other financial institutions, as well as corporate borrowers, in commercial lending transactions, including asset-based loans, working capital facilities, acquisition financings and restructurings. In addition, Ms. Schaumberger has experience with structured financing matters and has handled various types of receivables-purchasing transactions, including trade receivables and healthcare receivables.
