Mr. Seidel has extensive experience in German and international transactions in various industries, especially in the real estate, healthcare and infrastructure sectors. His clients include corporations, shareholders, financial and strategic investors and public institutions. In addition to his transactional work, Mr. Seidel advises his clients on corporate and commercial law, including corporate governance, corporate compliance and contractual matters.
