Glenn Smith concentrates on corporate transactions and securities-related matters. These include investment and commercial financings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations and tax exempt financings. He has represented clients in a variety of industries, including healthcare, technology, biotechnology, real estate, aerospace and gaming. Prior to joining Kaye Scholer, Mr. Smith was Executive Vice President and General Counsel for Venture Catalyst Incorporated, where he also served on the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors. In addition to heading the legal department at Venture Catalyst, Mr. Smith's activities included strategic planning, angel and venture capital financings and acquisitions.
