Mr. Stamato's practice is focused in complex commercial litigation. Over the years, he has represented corporations, financial institutions, private equity funds and professional institutions in a wide range of disputed matters including commercial finance, securities fraud, bankruptcy, real estate, partnership/business dissolution and professional negligence. He also has extensive experience in cross border and multi-jurisdictional disputes. Mr. Stamato has counseled individual and business clients in connection with grand jury investigations and in defending claims of white-collar crime and professional liability.
