Kimberly Straight-Gagnon's practice focuses on discovery and electronic
litigation and production. She has extensive experience with discovery
processes in litigation and government investigations, including
preservation and processing, supervision of complex multidistrict
discovery teams, collaboration with in-house information technology
experts, and client consultation on best discovery practices and
document preservation issues. Ms. Straight-Gagnon also has substantial
experience in pharmaceutical product litigation risk assessment and
multidistrict litigations pertaining to pharmaceutical products.

Prior to joining Kaye Scholer, Ms. Straight-Gagnon spent five years as in-house counsel at Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Studios where she worked on federal class action net profits litigation and a major copyright infringement action. She also spent several years at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, where she gained experience in entertainment, corporate, and malpractice cases and served as lead discovery counsel for the major antitrust matter, Litton Systems, Inc. v. Honeywell Inc.
