Ian S. Tattenbaum has been with Kaye Scholer LLP since September 2005.
His practice involves general commercial real estate, focusing
primarily on the representation of major commercial lenders in bridge,
land, construction and permanent financings, encompassing both
balance-sheet and off-balance-sheet lending. His experience includes
financing all types of real estate assets from hotels and office
buildings to marinas and some of the most prominent and largest
construction loans made in New York City in the recent past. He has
also represented purchasers and developers in the acquisition and
financing of office buildings, hotels and other commercial property
throughout the United States. Prior to joining Kaye Scholer, he
practiced at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP.
