Marisa Armanino Williams focuses her practice on intellectual property litigation, including patent, trademark, copyright and trade secret litigation, as well as antitrust litigation. She has assisted in litigating patents related to social networking websites and computer hardware.
全部显示Prior to joining Kaye Scholer, Ms. Williams served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Richard Leon of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. She also participated in the Institute for Public Representation, assisting public interest parties in First Amendment and media law litigation.
During law school, Ms. Williams served as the Senior Notes Editor for The Georgetown Law Journal. She also placed second in the Eastern Regional Finals of the American Constitution Society’s National Moot Court Competition.
