Fredric Yerman is Special Counsel in the New York office of Kaye Scholer. He has been a Partner of the firm since 1975 and, formerly, served as Chairman of the firm's Executive Committee. Mr. Yerman concentrates his practice in Litigation and is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers.
全部显示Mr. Yerman is an experienced trial lawyer who has litigated a broad variety of cases throughout the country, including a major antitrust case, in which he successfully represented the plaintiff in a jury trial and on appeal, including an appeal he successfully argued before the United States Supreme Court. He also was one of the trial counsel in the longest federal civil jury trial. Mr. Yerman has also handled a wide range of antitrust, commercial, securities, false advertising, unfair competition and intellectual property litigations and arbitrations for many major corporations in such fields as pharmaceuticals, computers, toys, cosmetics, insurance and electronics, among others. He also serves as a mediator in ADR proceedings.
Mr. Yerman has lectured widely and in programs at the Columbia Law School on Trial Advocacy in an Antitrust Case.
