Zhe Yu is an Associate with Kaye Scholer's Corporate Department. Zhe Yu joined our Shanghai office in 2004 and focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investment, joint ventures, general corporate advice, restructurings, and employment. Zhe Yu has advised public and private multinationals on the structuring of their operations in China, including mergers and acquisitions transactions and direct investment. Mr. Yu is a native speaker of Mandarin and is fluent in English.
Zhe Yu currently serves as a VP of China Business Lawyers Association.
